Cheers mate, any thoughts on what has happened to Xinhai. It wasn't that long ago that all the talk was of Phase being financed through Xinhai. Now we have gone with Essar for Phase 3. Not saying it's a bad thing, but would have been nice to see "we have gone with Essar for the construction and implementation of Phase 3, and not Xinhai, due to ...."!
