Not sure where you get the $100k fee attaching to the issue of the 10m options from.

The announcement just says 10m unquoted options exercisable in 2022 for Broking services for 12 months.

I cant see any reference to a $100k fee or $8333/month (which also happens to come to $100k so that wopuld be 200k in total)

I also have no idea what the $1m you refer to relates to (unless you are saying 10m, 10c options = $1m) - I have seen nothing to say they are paying additional fees apart from the 6% fee on the underwriting of the options plus the 5M options in addition to that 6% then the 10m options for broking services - that's it in total as far as i am aware

I will stand corrected if you can show me where you are getting your figures from
