I suppose congratulations in order but cant help thinking that the timing of this announcement might have the not so cynical thinking that this might be the little shove that the SP needs to start it moving. One could be forgiven however for thinking that now the CP is over there is no longer any reason for the instos to keep the SP on the floor. In any event I have a large tax bill to pay and would not be opposed to a hike - I will take all I can get
