The 206 was a figure pulled from the annual report a year or so ago if I recall correctly.
If there's one thing I've learned investing in biotech is that nothing is "in the bag". It was crazy reading the MSB threads on HC in the weeks leading up to the GVHD announcement. So many clueless newbies jumping aboard, at least one of which appeared to lose 6 figures. It's all settled down now though
As you pointed out, it appears MSB either did not listen to the FDA, or did not follow their guidance when designing the pediatric GVHD trial. Let's hope they got it right with the other trials.
