I follow the US media 24/7. (Australian media not so much) A few weeks ago they were falling over themselves to report on Gilead - the vendors of the totally discredited junk drug remdesivir. That was long before Trump got the virus. They were INVITED into the White House to talk to Trump about providing remdesivir to the American people for emergency use. All this time, with the "know all" Fauci on hand to provide comment to Congress - never a single word about Mesoblast!! They don't know about it - or don't WANT to know about it!
