since joining these posts only a fewmonths ago, and my research it has become very obvious that big phrama has a big voice and even that translates to the Australia Gov, have seen many products that the Gov will tend towards the big mouths, Remdevisir is the treatment of choice here although it doesn't work that well- and was before any phrase 3 trials..
They are only are in the mode of "'seen to be doing something" not really fully investigating some products.
