Gassy .I don’t think that Torreya discussions are dead in the water at all .I think the discussions would be very much ongoing.One of the problem getting USA pharma investors into the stock is that they would want a substantial investment in the company say $20 to $30 mill and won’t want to buy on the market as it would force the price up too much .The problem in a placement is that the company does not really need the money at this stage and would dilute existing shareholders too much .I think Friday’s trading was just the start of another momentum shift upwards !!!
