Your observations generally are very important here. I've been hoping that the R327 is so fantastic that even at the 5 or so times lower levels they were expecting in the blood, it'd still be a very worthwhile and safe life saver for the great majority of sepsis sufferers. Given the results from the burns trial, I thought this stuff would have a high price on the black market from the rich peoples' hospitals in the US.
