The comparison with Imugene is interesting. For a long time Imugene was linked to HER-Vaxx in much the same way that AdAlta is linked to AD-214 but in both cases they are platform biotechs. Success with the leading drug candidate will be the tide that will cause the platform to rise creating a sustainable interest in a growing raft of drug candidates in difficult to reach disease targets.
The mantra with Imugene is follow the science; likewise investors will do well to study the science behind AdAlta. A good guide for beginners is to review the credentials of the management and scientific advisory board.
