There wasnt any bacterial infection in the healthy volunteers to eradicate!
The test was to see concentrations in the urine to underwrite efficacy if there was infection of any type of bacteria because it kills them all quickly and to levels of bolo eradication if the concentration is high enough
that end point was achieved
next use on infected patients !
