Great point you make re R&D incentive expiry.
You would think the time must be now, RCE must chug along, get to business and utilize such an enormous incentive.
This should be an easy decision for new investors to buy right now imo. A MC of $92m, ~15% of this being cash in the bank, combined with a huge and government endorsed rebate. Long holders are tiring some, any new investor should see an attractive buy imo.
