Looks like the seller of previous weeks is dropping the price to incite more buying interest, which was a success for the seller - evident with today's volume as compared to previous weeks.
Todays Volume: 500,967 shares traded, all volume between 79-90c
For context, total shares traded from October 1st to October 20th = 508,553, all volume within the range of $0.95-$1.00
I agree that anything below $1 is great buying, having bought at 89c on Fridays market announcement being released, although bought heavily again today at 80c.
Will continue to buy if it drops lower.
