Im a holder too and sometimes agree with your sentiments. But imo this is nothing to get too excited over, we could be waiting 6 months for more money to be spent on non-core business operations, with the possibility of the results coming back negative - which would further harm the value of the JV deal. Taking it with a grain of salt at the moment....
