This is amateur hour!! Having worked in Africa I know that you need to get super organized with your paperwork at Mines Dept (Export Permit), shipping company and customs. You need to build all this into workflow and have someone pushing hard on the bureaucracy. Assume the samples are being sample prepped in-house or in-country and pulps flown to Australia via Joburg. Namibia has excellent infrastructure (excellent road/transport) and daily flights from Walvis Bay and Windhoek to Joburg so these samples should have been sent out in a timely fashion. P to power of 7 (Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance). Good research geologists are not necessarily good/practical field geologists, so I hope they have good people on the ground?

Horizontal drilling would suggest they are gonna come back down the mountain (275m above surface) and drill into the side of it to get good lateral coverage through the zoned carbonatite. You can't orientated drill core or send a directional survey tool easily down on horizontal hole - so I hope they have actually planned this and revise hole to 10-15 deg inclination!! I hope they are directionally surveying the holes they have drilled as if they haven't it will impact future JORC resource classifications!!
