Exactly my thoughts. They want to raise at the highest SP possible to avoid dilution. They all have so much skin in the game and as CBS highlighted, they would have a good indication via visuals and XRF machine which they recently stated is within their tolerance. I see all this as positive and great to see they have even more funds.
