I emailed Duthy a couple of times asking why a cap raise was announced with the results a couple weeks ago, given there was some reasonable momentum, the trials were going well (going by their own updates) and they had 4.5m in the bank, so enough time to wait another couple of weeks to release these results and then look to raise 10m.
His response, eventually was...... 'because we wanted to'
