The phase2b was potentially a registrational trial of the highest standard. The blockbuster results in under 65’s and low monocytes would be too good to delay release, imo. There’s already enough trial evidence there are no side effects and the quality and length of life is significantly improved in a patient group with no options. It’s a lay down they will want to release Efti into MBC patients asap, imo, on a provisional basis.
