team are mostly 30 and below. Most don’t tell you much other than they need compassionate leave or sick leave. Particularly the junior ones, they are not wanting to ‘burden’ me with their issues or upset a boss (this has its own problems about transparency and being able to help early when trouble is brewing!).
From the senior ones I have not been hearing of this. Just them and their families becoming ill and massive lockdowns with disbelief that it could become this bad.
I would like to discuss with them about MPL but they could not get it so no point.
even when they are sick they are trying to work because they are bored in isolation!!!!! I laugh and tell them Netflix isn’t broken.
they are a great bunch doing it every tough.
