Yes some more positive language, however im going to be devils advocate and say they were equally as positive leading into the deal with Elanco, to the point they were re-tweeting Elanco material.

I think the market action and the buy/sell balance shows PAA have some way to go in re establishing credibility. They can talk about partners until they are blue in the face, we have heard it before, and that didn't go well.

Yes they no have more evidence under their belt now not saying progress hasn't been made but the market reality shows that the market is not convinced. Once bitten twice shy.

Make of that perspective what you may. If the market is missing the opportunity so be it, yours to capitalise on. However the way this stocks moves now days to me their is little risk in seeing if this amounts to anything more.

Edit - if reality is potential partners have been reaching out to them for some time now, id imagine the process to announce a partnership or collaboration should be, dare I say it......imminent. Again proof in the pudding.
