With the buy & sell queue both being so low, I don't think that it is overly relevant that there are 5M in the sell queue at that that 5M available just happens to be 2/3 times the number on the buy side.

In all reality, having 5M shares available on the sell between a range of $0.079 & $0.155 is neither here nor there, that 5M is just a drop in the ocean, and it's quite evenly spread out. There will often be people with an opportunistic sell order in position just to be hit if the opportunity arises.

The issue isn't that there are 5M shares for sale, it is that there are no buyers - and there doesn't appear to be any reason for people to put their hands in their pockets just yet, as there is still 4/5 months of the trial to go, so there are better place to park money in the interim.
