Hi Itsa, not a mistake, it was intentional. As mentioned it was an impromptu conservative call. When extrapolating on potential futures that are dynamic and speculative I find it best to work from lower bases, keeping expectations to the minimal side. As you will note, i worked on a 50% discount to all aspects, and also only included one region instead of all. This allows the figures to be in a realistic zone, with minimal expectation. Starting with maximum expectations is a bad place to start as it leaves a high probability of disappointment if not met. I like to leave room for up side, not down side. If a conservative assessment provides appealing figures, then the future looks good generally.
And if putting figures out there publically, expect to be scrutinised, so to avoid being jumped on, be realistic.
