Been thinking about the 50mg dose vs 25mg dose.

We know 25mg works well, but we have no idea if it really is the sweet spot or not. We just think it might be as the results were outstanding.

the MS trial had 200mg every week but in hindsight analysis it was said 200mg every other week might obtain best outcomes. (That means 100mg per week from my understanding...)

dmd boys are lighter than ms adults, but not by 50% I wouldnt think.

how can we so easily write off the 50mg possible effect just because a broker wrote they thought it wouldnt offer much but a dosing guidline.

Im beginning to think the 50mg or closer to 50mg than 25mg could be the sweet spot, for some % of boys large or small, which could give us a very happy december announcement of topline results.
