you are sort of arguing against yourself here. If anyone could they would have. yet last four trials didn't work so why did they bother? Its valuable if they can claim cbd helps insomnia. Someone will buy into it. All this products and good distribution etc, is irrelevant, if they had similar products and the distribution they would have gotten tga approval and be making the dosh.
The chances are slim for ave but not for the reasons you point out.
