Agree with this. None of us are happy with potential delays and the lack of clear communication, but credit to them for raising these issues early and going through the proper processes. They don't want to waste the $23M. Understand that there's an opportunity cost here, but the Board's concern is in generating long-term value. They're not focused on short-to-medium term fluctuations in share price.
