The waste management note is interesting though. That is the last complaint that the SMSL people had about the plant so I am surprised they didn't make a specific announcement about the waste management. Last they talked about it - was that they made a commitment to recycle but was testing the process.

Of course - the SMSL people won't be happy. They will stop complaining about the waste management now and claim that the TOL approval process was tainted.

Also Tan Bun Teet has been saying all along that he has information that will bring Lynas down but could not reveal it for fear of legal retribution. That just really shows that he has nothing and is lacking in moral fibre. If he has solid evidence then he has nothing to fear. But he is just trying create something out of nothing.
