Agreed, it was really just an update to say all is still on track, which is still great because without these updates it can sometimes cause a bit of a sell-off while some people get impatient.

The market is forward thinking and a lot of buying usually happens in anticipation of certain announcements, right now the market is probably waiting for the plant to be fully commissioned and up and running to further de-risk before we hit the next target of 6 cents.

The other thing is not all moves up happen after an ann., some buyers who are wanting in sit on the sidelines when an ann. comes out to see if there will be any dumping before buying, many smart TA buyers get in not on a big spike up when a stock is overbought but instead sit back and try to wait for a consolidation period and then some confirmation of green candles after that and jump in(or start to accumulate) when the stochastics/MACD are crossing and the RSI showing the stock is no longer overbought, and many signs are pointing to the SP being ready for it's next leg up, as there is somewhat less risk. In saying all that, those TA signals are looking pretty good right now, but at the end of the day the FA will rule over the TA, and within a week or so all the stars could be aligning for good 'ol NSL to continue on it's merry way hopefully up to test 6cents before Xmas
