SGC as I have said before have an insolvent balance sheet. Working capital has been severely negative from about two years since (for sure at least one year). If SGC was registered with Companies House UK they would have been stricken by now. The fact that they decided to raise money to pay for Kane's salary this year is deplorable to say the least. They sold Nido. They sold Canadian stuff. Is this not grounds for investigation.. Nothing they have promised has come to fruition. The PNOC announcement where the share price was pumped and then now we are back at point 5 cents....c'mon guys! Where is the accountability on this.
