I wonder if the Blue Sky purchase has anything to do with it.
They negotiate a farmin with SGC/Nido, and then suddenly they have a different partner.
At the very least you'd think PNOC would want some time to investigate Blue Sky, it's deal and the implications it has on the farmin.
