This means (as I have said before) only one thing...NO FUNDING for a Cadlao EWT this year (although they still have those wonderful rust pipes and photos of a drill ship and a Murmanskaya rust bucket). SC6B will most likely be reverted back to the DOE and PNOC can snap it up for free after Feb 2024. BS (nice initials) are at least smart enough to realise that Suckgasco are in troulble because if July 31 was the PNOC deal deadline and nothing has happened by now...well...you get the picture. PNOC have come to their senses and in my opinion decided to wait it out. Only 6 months left to go...why not? But no worries...SGC have a new superstar MD.
SGC has to be investigated for bad faith at the very least. How many people have bought shares over 1.5 cents during the PNOC pump and dump fiasco?
