Need the drills to be in action share turnover has increased again price dropping they need to get those holes done so can go to the next phase. The timing is always important as we all know these booms dont last forever and those that miss the boat will suffer. Look at Mongolia they had lots of foreign mineral explorers there back around 2007, then changed all the rules one AUD bought 700 Mongolian Tugrik after they changed the rules most explorers left, today one AUD buys 2200 Tugrik.
