I agree. The macro / fundamentals right now is as good as it has ever been for this company. Literally all the materials it is in are in sustained upward trends. Having said that, I also acknowledge that it could get even better, who knows what the future holds?
Regardless of that, to drop an announcement around now to draw attention to the company and its prospects would certainly not be a bad move.
