re: Ann: Philips River DFS Indicates Long Lif... "ICTAT" (formally GZ) the share price behaviour for Tectonic has been completely irrational for a long time now - which ever way you look at it. It has got to where it should be (in terma of Market Cap) at this point in time but it has not followed any share market logic if there is such a thing.

I really don't know (only guess) where the recent "hype" represented by liquidity and a SP rise has come from. I agree ICTAT, certainly followed but not specifically due to the change in MD. Release of the DFS on Friday followed today by the best ASX trading day for some time has had zilch effect. So it is not the rational market impacting. It has performed at its best after less that inspiring news releases or lack of such as resignations and delays in release of a DFS that was already a fait accompli.

I can only guess the main influence on the share price in the last 6 weeks has been.

Forces "unknown" trading the stock up to meet share price measures for vesting of Options?

    and/or

Forces "unknown" trading the stock up to reach fair value for the equity side of the funding package.

I would like to analyse volume on days when the resources market is having a good day and TTR has good news compared with when the resources maket is having poor day and there has been bad news or lack of any news or no positive news. I suspect that volumes have been better on the "bad days" when the "unknown" forces have had to prop up the share price compared with the good days when market forces have held the price up. I don't know - does this sort of thing happen??????

Steve left because he felt the market lacked belief in the Tectonic / Phillips River story under his leadership. Maybe he also left because he saw what needed to be done but it could not be done while he was at the helm?

If any of the above has any creedance it is a pitty it has to be that way - All pure speculation though!
