Can't say what I am thinking because it would get me into trouble and I could be wrong anyway.......it is just my over active imagination possibly, but I am trying to think of why Steve's departure triggered such a strong rise in the SP. There could have been some course of action implemented that Steve was not prepared to action. There has to be more to it than Steve simply saying it was time to move on.
