1) We are going from 10K to 40K production - This is a fantastic growth story (a 4 fold growth in 4 years)
2) No company will raise money to expand 4 folds if it does not have strong customer commitments (Watch out for announcements to follow - in my opinion)
3) Deals gives control over supply of Raw materials and reasonable pricing.
4) A massive shareholder on the register to fund future growth (I cannot stress enough how important this is to land billion dollar supply contracts - Customers like Samsung don't sleep with everyone - They need to be sure NVX can cater to there long term growth)
5) US listing imminent - Deal language is symbolic - USD pricing etc.

There is so much to like about this announcement. Beware of people who are crying "dilusion" - its a common tactic used to gain an entry point into a fantastic growth stock that is otherwise hard to catch.
