re: Ann: Phillips River Process Flowsheet Del... Share price is capped at 5c due to the SPP. They issued roughly $1.4M worth of shares at this price, disproportionately to small shareholders so there are going to be sellers at any price greater than 5c for a while.

This company will continue to fly under the radar since:
- it is too hard to value
- it is too small to attract broker interest.

If anyone can put up reasonable estimates of cash required to get into production and cash flow from production, I'd love to hear about it.

Until that happens, there will not be enough buyers to soak up the overhang. Just tired holders waiting for the next dilution.
