You have completely misunderstood the comment. Nobody wants the company to speculate. They should only state the facts. If it's good enough to put out an announcement on 27 July it's good enough to put out an updated announcement a fortnight later. The sheer number of weather related comments shows what happens in a vacuum of no update. DYOR IMHO
