Quite possible to say the least but I think PUR management are upfront with ongoings in the field as they happen.
Imagine if they did drill and not tell the market they started and LITTLE JULIMAR was struck and then anned blindly. Market would be falling over itself trying to get a winning ticket to PHILLs launch in the HALL of FAME.
