    How does the offer price equivalent of 12c work out ?
    Like isn't the offer, for 6 PXG shares you get 1 EVN share plus 6c cash is it or what.. ? like with evn at $1.26 close today how does that maths work out/fit with PGS 12/13cents x 6 plus cash offer... clearly I've got something ballsed up : (
