That is what evn wants. As ive said the aim is to provide pxg holders with considerable value. For ones that have been in pxg before the TO offers, they can sell anytime as they r sitting on a handsome profit. I have just shifted to pxg from evn as the disparity is getting greater. Pcg is required by evn. Its not an if its a must. Pxg has done all the work for evn and de risked this project from an exploration perspective.
