I honestly think the timing will work out well for CVN. Do the siesmic surveys now and as much desk top as necessary to lower the drill risk. Drill Roc mid year and then by 2016 look at developement. By then, the POO should have stabilised and or improved back to reasonable levels. I'd hate to be like TAP who have just started pumping oil after years of planning to be hit by these oil prices. Its bad luck for them with the timing but this may work well for CVN ......................... patience .......
