My new theory, a gut feeling based on no real evidence, full of holes I'm sure, is battery day. But not for the reasons people have speculated previously. I think we may, possibly, maybe, may, see a significant announcement at battery day about scandium.
I notice PGM (disc: held) which has scandium at Owendale, neighbouring Sunrise - also rose 20% today.
