EL: I read somewhere that when initially being set up, Q intimated that they would IPO within 2 years. Of course, their NWS portfolio is a fairly matured one and so they would likely need some new O and G blood to make any IPO attractive. Perhaps that's the reason why they are being so accommodating to CVN . ie: They want this drill done quickly to prove up the commerciality of the Phoenix blocks and thus, provide the new blood necessary. IMHO.
