I think you have to add crew, transport (helicopter rides) and supply ship to that as well.
I did a bit of research on the Deepwater Horizon (another semi-submersible), it needed about 130 crew working 24 hours a day in shifts, helicopter rotation every 2 weeks, materials and supplies being replenished and wastes being taken away.
On top of that, you have laboratory analysis of results.
Just, I think you have to add crew, transport (helicopter rides)...
