Posters glibly talk about going big on production, the CR necessary to be meaningful players are vast, so are the risks, remember the POO around USD20 not that long ago, with offshore lifting costs say USD30, WPL can take that risk CVN cannot.
All for keeping tiny %'s, royalties, whatever it takes but no CR. Always remember management are also shareholders.
