In today's paper, Kerry Stokes was named as the second richest man in Western Australia.
Given most rich people stay rich or become more rich via hard work and calculated investment, it's nice to know that over 6.5 million Carnarvon Petroleum shares, are held by Kemast Investments.
And who's the sole director of this private Company? Yup....thank you for the endorsement Mr Stokes.


I also checked in on the ASX200.
Interesting to note that Retail Food Group sits at number 200 on the list, with a market cap of $166 million.
If we could get to 17c, the buying landscape would suddenly change dramatically. You wouldn't believe how much money is invested through managed funds, where risk is spread right across the full range of the top 200 Companies. Every Institutional Fund Manager would HAVE TO buy at least some CVN shares, as part of their legal investing criteria. Oh...and they don't buy 50,000 shares at a time either.
