The High Pressure of the Gas - at 11,000 psi, should force any blockages out of the way, when you open a hole for it to escape (ie. our drill hole).
Its like opening up a hole on a plane at 30,000 ft - the pressure differential would suck anything inside the plane out.
IMHO, we should be fine on porosity and permeability.
