And this (development and production) are the main S/P stumbling blocks and would be.. if actioned.. the main SP drivers, but even if it was actioned right now production is probably 4 years away.
Personally cannot see any JV board would recommend such capital expenditure and shareholder dilution under many months of a steady USD80pb oil price and the unsteady US presidential leadership pattern would not assist in such a major decision making process.
Think current JV's drilling success is being well noted by the big players, whether that leads anywhere in the near future is anybody's guess.
