As a follower of TDO I find it interesting too.

Great to see that, clearly someone else thinks there is value there.

Equally, it could be argued that it disappointing that a 'big' player has not beaten TDO to the punch. Either they are less excited by the area or pehaps 'they' are letting the small Cos do the work only to take them over later once risk has been reduced.

Given lack of value being imputed into TDO's or moreso into CVN's SP, the latter strategy does not seem a bad one. As a LT SHer I hope not, as the price will likely be too low IMO.
