photoshop I don't think so If I was to make a comment it would be on overcast days water looks less clear, if the after picture was taken on a clear day that water might of even looked better.
i understand your thought on financing and numbers but a astute investor would also say this only makes up a part of evaluating a stock. If stock prices only relied on numbers then so many stocks overpriced and underpriced. Sentiment and a stocks story could be considered the main driving force of the sp. to understand the PET story you need to understand it's viability for sure like you suggest and to evaluate the viability you have to have a understanding of the need for the product and the results it can produce. Yes there are so many scientific reports but how many of us understand stuff like ph<1mg crap.
Most astute investors wouldn't understand the reports and therefore how viable the product is but they see the difference in photos, bring on more photos I recon
