I too have been averaging down over the years and will likely sell down to my original stake in POH if the payout is just $30 mil (need a new car). But I won't be selling anything if it is closer $100 mil. Make do with public transport. I suspect a payout in that range will almost see a complete turnover of stock holdings.

Interesting situation. Could be holding a winning lotto tick or a MacDonald's voucher all on the opinion of one person.
